You’ll also need your hunting license, firearm permit, passport, and flight tickets. In some countries, authorities require an official invitation from the outfitter if you’re entering with firearms—we will provide this, but don’t forget to pack it. It’s also a good idea to have your travel and hunting insurance documents with you.
Can I hunt more animals than what was originally planned?
In most cases, yes—you can usually take additional game beyond what was initially arranged. Any extra animals will be charged based on the trophy price list provided by us prior to your trip, so you’ll know the costs in advance.
Should I tip the staff, and how much is appropriate?
Tipping is common in many hunting destinations, and it’s usually appreciated by the staff. Most hunters give their guide between €70 and €140 in total, and the guide can then share it with the rest of the team if you’d like. In some countries, tipping expectations might be higher. If I harvest my target animal early and leave before the hunt ends, do I get a refund?
No, refunds aren’t issued for unused hunting days—even if you decide to end your trip early after successfully taking your desired game. The full duration of the hunt is part of the package price.

It depends on where you’re going. Some countries don’t require a visa at all, while others offer visas on arrival. In certain cases, you may need to apply in advance through an embassy or consulate, which can take some time. Your hunting travel advisor will let you know exactly what’s required and help you through the process if needed.
