1. ABOUT US AND SCOPE OF SERVICES
Teron (operated by OmniLynx Digital j.d.o.o., headquartered in Hercegovačka ul. 88, Split 21000, Croatia) acts as an intermediary/agent for hunting services provided by third-party hunting ground operators. These Terms and Conditions govern all hunting arrangements brokered by Teron in various hunting destinations including, but not limited to, Croatia, Mozambique, Tajikistan, USA, Argentina, Greenland, Spain, England.
When Teron acts solely as an intermediary, a contractual relationship for the corresponding hunting services is concluded with the partner company providing those services, in accordance with their terms and conditions, in addition to our own. As an intermediary, Teron is only responsible for the proper processing of the arrangement but not for the implementation of the hunting services provided by third parties.
2. RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION OF THE HUNT
Reservation Process – After selecting your desired hunt from our offer, submit your information with the inquiry form. By submitting this form, you have engaged our services to prepare your hunting arrangement. Upon receiving our specific offer with prices and travel itinerary, you will pay the required deposit to confirm your reservation.
Confirmation of Hunt Reservation – A hunt reservation is considered confirmed only upon payment of the deposit. Deposit payment deadlines vary for different hunts, ranging from, but not limited to, 6 months to 1 month before the start of the hunt. This deadline is determined individually for each request.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment Schedule – The hunt must be paid in advance to our company account no later than 45 days before the hunter’s arrival, with any differences settled after the hunt. Prices are fixed in Euro or US Dollar.
Processing Fee – For hunting trips, our company charges a processing fee in addition to the trip price for each initial booking, regardless of whether the booked trip is actually taken. This fee is non-refundable and is stated in our travel proposal. For each rebooking and cancellation by the customer (for which the Teron not responsible), an additional processing fee may be charged. Unless otherwise specified in the travel proposal, this fee amounts to €150.00 for hunting customers and €90.00 for non-hunting customers.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation by Customer – The customer may withdraw at any time prior to the start of the hunt. Cancellation must be notified to Teron in writing. If you cancel your reservation, Teron retains the paid organizational costs, and the deposit is refunded according to, but not limited to, third party hunting grounds policy.
If a hunter does not come during the hunting season for a specific year, the deposit is not refundable. Changing the arrival date within the same hunting season will be considered if possible. The deposit cannot be transferred to another hunter. The paid deposit is deducted from the final invoice.
Cancellation by Teron – For any changes in an agreed hunt, Teron will inform the hunter and find a suitable solution for both parties. If a solution cannot be found, Teron will return any advance payment and paid deposit to the hunter. Teron may cancel the hunt for any unexpected reasons, including force majeure circumstances such as epidemics, natural disasters, civil unrest, governmental restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond the company’s control. If a hunt is canceled by us, we will return any advance paid deposit or hunt payment within 14 days.
5. REFUND POLICY
If a trophy is not taken from big game packages, hunters do not have to pay the trophy fee that is included in the package price, unless informed differently. If a hunter has paid the hunt in advance, the trophy fee will be returned.
If the customer does not use individual travel services, which Teron was ready and able to provide, for reasons for which the customer is responsible, they shall not be entitled to a refund of the paid price.
Should it occur that the game hunt booked as part of a hunting trip is not possible for reasons beyond the customer’s control, the portion of the tour price paid that is attributable to the “hunting price” cost item will be refunded.
6. CONDUCT OF THE HUNT
Hunter’s Responsibilities – The hunting guest must carry personal documents, have a valid hunting license and weapons permit, and behave in accordance with the hunting laws of the country in which they are hunting. When accompanied by a guide, the guest will take the shot only with the guide’s approval, or in exceptional circumstances when the guest is unaccompanied, they will hunt only according to the instructions of the hunt leader. If a shot is taken that is not in accordance with the agreement, the guest is obligated to pay the cost of damages. The hunter is responsible for their behavior in the hunting ground and for every shot fired.
Hunting Success – Teron does not guarantee hunting success. However, we will strive, with due diligence, to ensure that the customer can obtain the booked kill. Success requires hunting skill and, ultimately, luck.
Ethical Hunting Standards – All hunts organized or brokered by Teron adhere to strict ethical hunting principles and local conservation regulations. Hunters are expected to:
Respect wildlife and the natural environment
Practice fair chase principles
Ensure clean, humane kills
Make full use of harvested game
Support conservation efforts through their participation
Violations of ethical hunting principles may result in immediate termination of the hunt without refund and potential reporting to relevant wildlife authorities.
Missed Shots and Wounded Game – In the event of a miss (a shot fired by the hunter that misses the game and does not injure it), Teron may charge an additional fee.
If game is wounded and cannot be found, the hunter may be charged the full price stated in the travel proposal. If tracking teams are needed to locate wounded game, additional costs will be charged to the hunter.
7. HUNT SETTLEMENT
The settlement of the hunt will be conducted immediately upon completion of your hunt on the “Hunting Protocol” form, which will be the basic foundation for invoice preparation. The hunting protocol is completed by the hunting ground lessee in the presence of the hunter in Croatian or English, and its authenticity is confirmed by signatures. In addition to the hunter’s personal data, the hunting protocol includes all services used, from accommodations, kills, and trophy strength to possible misses with explanations. Complaints are only accepted if they are entered in writing in the hunting protocol and signed by both the hunting ground lessee and the hunting guest.
Trophy Assessment – Trophies are measured according to the International Council for Game and Wildlife Conservation (CIC) method or the Safari Club International (SCI) scoring system. Measurements are conducted by certified trophy measurers. In case of disagreements about trophy assessment, an independent third-party measurer may be engaged, with costs shared by both parties.

Weapons and Ammunition Responsibility – Unless the agency has undertaken to transport the hunter’s weapons and ammunition, please note that the price for the hunting trip cannot be reduced if the hunter’s weapon or ammunition does not arrive at the hunting location or does not arrive on time. If the hunter notifies the agency of this fact in a timely manner, the agency will, upon request, endeavor to procure a suitable replacement or rental weapon or suitable replacement ammunition within a reasonable period of time. All costs incurred in this regard must be borne by the hunter.
9. HUNTING DOGS
For a dog to enter Croatia, the owner needs to have an anti-rabies vaccination document from their local veterinarian that is not older than 6 months.
For Mozambique and Tajikistan, bringing hunting dogs is generally not permitted or is subject to strict quarantine requirements. Please consult with the agency for current regulations if you wish to bring hunting dogs to these destinations.
10. TROPHY EXPORT
Teron can help hunters export trophies out of the country. Teron’s obligation is to provide the hunter with all necessary export papers for the trophy. The expense of exporting animals is not included in any package price.
CITES Regulations – Many hunted species are protected under the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES). The export of trophies from such species requires special permits. The hunter is responsible for obtaining necessary import permits from their home country, while we assists with export permits from the hunting country. Additional fees apply for CITES permits.
10.1 Trophy Export from Croatia
For trophy export from Croatia to EU countries, a veterinary certificate is required. For export to non-EU countries, additional documentation may be needed depending on the destination country’s requirements.
10.2 Trophy Export from Mozambique

11. HUNTING LICENSES AND DOCUMENTATION
11.1 Croatian Hunting License
The agency’s obligation is to provide the hunter, prior to arrival, with a Croatian hunting license through the Croatian Hunting Association, which is valid for one month. The agency needs a copy of the hunter’s passport and a copy of their hunting or rifle license at least 30 days before the hunt.
11.2 Mozambique Hunting License
For hunting in Mozambique, hunters need to obtain a Mozambican hunting license. The agency will arrange this with the relevant authorities. Required documents include a copy of the passport, a recent passport photo, and proof of a hunting license from the hunter’s home country, which must be provided at least 60 days before the hunt.

12. INSURANCE
12.1 Basic Insurance
With the Croatian hunting license, all hunters are insured in case of death or permanent damage to health while hunting in Croatia. For hunts in Mozambique and Tajikistan, basic third-party liability insurance is included in the hunting package.
12.2 Recommended Additional Insurance
We strongly recommend that all hunters purchase:
Comprehensive Travel Insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and personal belongings.
Specialized Hunting Insurance covering hunting-related accidents and third-party liability.
Global Rescue Membership for emergency medical evacuation and crisis response services, especially for remote hunting destinations like Mozambique and Tajikistan. Our agency recommends Global Rescue services, which can be obtained through this link: https://partner.globalrescue.com/bookandhunt/index.html
The hunter is expressly advised to take out travel cancellation insurance.
13. LIABILITY AND LIMITATION
Agency Liability – By signing the Hunting Contract, the agency undertakes to provide the hunting guest with a set of services including accommodation, transportation, travel insurance, kills, and other services as specified in the contract.
The agency’s contractual liability for damages that do not result from injury to life, body, or health and were caused negligently is limited to three times the trip price. The agency is not liable for damage to or loss of the hunter’s valuables (e.g., money, photographic equipment, hunting equipment, valuables, etc.) or personal equipment due to theft, other loss, or extreme stress during the trip, unless the damage or loss is due to intentional or gross negligent behavior on the part of the agency.
When acting as an intermediary, Teron Hunts is only responsible for the proper processing of the arrangement, including information obligations, but not for the implementation of the hunting services provided by third parties. Our liability for faulty intermediation is limited to three times the price of the brokered service, provided no physical injury is involved and there is no intent or gross negligence.
14. DATA PROTECTION
The agency collects and processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and relevant Croatian data protection laws. Personal data collected during the booking process is used solely for the purpose of arranging and conducting the hunt, including sharing necessary information with hunting ground operators, governmental authorities for permits, and other service providers essential to the hunting trip. By signing the Hunting Contract, the customer consents to this data processing. Customers have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data and can withdraw their consent at any time, though this may affect the agency’s ability to provide the contracted services.
15. SPECIAL RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
Price Increases and Program Changes – The organizer may request an increase in the agreed price if, after signing the contract, there are changes in exchange rates or carrier tariffs. The agency also reserves the right to modify the program, and will only change an already agreed trip in case of force majeure.
Philosophy and Quality Promise – Our agency fully pursues the goals of species and wildlife conservation and operates according to the principles of natural sustainability. The treatment of animals and nature is always characterized by respect for creation. The focus is always on avoiding unnecessary animal suffering and making the most complete use of hunted game.
